These general conditions of sale govern the relationship between La Savonnerie du Moulin à Grain and anyone who uses the site www.savonneriedumoulinagrain.fr to place an order. Placing an order implies full acceptance and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale, prices and descriptions of the products offered.
PRESENTATION AND AVAILABILITY OF ARTICLES
The products presented on the site are subject to modifications by the manufacturers. The photos of items presented are not contractual. The products offered for sale on the site are in principle available at Savonnerie du Moulin à Grain. In the event of promotions carried out on certain articles, La Savonnerie du Moulin à Grain will be able to satisfy the availability of products throughout the period indicated framing the promotions.
ORDERED
The order is registered only after receipt and full collection of the payment. Orders received on the website will be honored only within the limits of available stocks. In the event of temporary or permanent unavailability of a product, the Savonnerie du Moulin à Grain undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible.
RIGHT TO RETRACT
In the context of distance selling, the customer has a period of seven clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. The period runs from the receipt of the order. In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company The Moulin à Grain soap factory will reimburse the customer for all sums paid (including the value of the shipping costs for sending the package) within 30 days of exercising the right of withdrawal.

DELIVERY, POSTAGE AND PACKAGING PACKAGE

PAYMENT
Payment is made by credit card or online paypal payment.
TRANSPORT
The products travel at the risk and peril of the recipient whatever the mode of transport, free or collect. The recipient must check the condition of the products at the time of receipt and make any reservations with the carrier by confirming the complaint by registered letter within three working days and notify us in writing within four days of delivery. After this period, we would no longer be able to recognize any complaints.
RETURN
Items may be exchanged or refunded. The return or refund request must be made within 15 days from the date of receipt of the items. Returned products must reach us in perfect condition in their original packaging.
In the case of a new order for an amount less than the initial amount, the customer will receive upon receipt of the request a check for reimbursement of the difference.
The shipping costs for the exchange, return and new shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Reimbursement will be made after deduction of the flat-rate order processing costs.
Any request for exchange or refund must be made by post to the address of the Savonnerie du moulin à grain.
SELLING PRICE
Prices are quoted in euros all taxes included. They take into account the applicable VAT, which differs according to the products, on the day of the order. Prices may be modified in the event of a change in the VAT rate, in the event of an error, or by decision of the manufacturer.
IDENTIFICATION
Any customer of the site must follow an online registration procedure allowing him to place an order. The information requested is essential for the processing and delivery of orders. Parcels that must be represented on delivery following an error in the identification of the customer, will be the responsibility of the customer. OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
The grain mill soap factory remains the owner of the goods until full payment of the price as well as ancillary costs and interest if due in accordance with the law of May 12, 1980 and July 13, 1967.
APPLICABLE LAW
These conditions are subject to French law and the provisions of the Consumer Code relating to distance selling in France.
ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION
In the event of a dispute relating to the execution of the clauses and conditions indicated above and in the absence of an amicable agreement between the parties, the Courts of Salon-de-Provence shall have sole jurisdiction.
